Five short routes through the things most likely to interrupt a morning with Ralphy.

Connect a bank

Sign in to Ralphy with Apple and tap Connect with Plaid.
Choose your US bank or credit union, then sign in inside Plaid. Your bank password never reaches Ralphy.
Choose the accounts you want included and let the first sync finish. Ralphy reads checking, savings, and cards together.

If your bank is not listed in Plaid, Ralphy cannot connect it yet. Write to [email protected] with the institution name.

Open Now and tap Why this number.
Read the receipt from top to bottom: income and cash, recent spending, bills and card payments, your buffer, then the days the remainder has to cover.
Use Check income, Review bills, or Adjust buffer under “Something look off?” to correct the input that is wrong.

Open Why this number, then tap Review bills.
Open the payment that looks wrong to change its amount, date, or whether it is still active.
If Ralphy asks about a payment that did not appear, choose Still paying it, It stopped, or Not sure. The line below it says whether the bill is currently included in your spend limit.

“Not sure” leaves the evidence unsettled and schedules another review. It does not silently decide that the bill disappeared.

Tap the reconnect notice at the top of Now. It names the bank that needs attention.
Or open Settings → Accounts → Linked banks and tap Reconnect beside it.
Finish the bank's Plaid flow, then let Ralphy refresh.

Ralphy pauses the forecast when a bank has disconnected. If a refresh is only delayed, it shows when that bank last updated.

Open Settings in Ralphy and scroll to Account.
Tap Delete account, then confirm the permanent deletion.
Ralphy deletes the account data on its servers and revokes the connected banks at Plaid.

This cannot be undone. Canceling an App Store subscription is a separate action in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
