Questions people should ask before subscribing

Does the TestFlight beta cost anything?

No. Apple does not charge for in-app purchases during beta testing. The beta is for testing Ralphy before its App Store release.

When would I pay $3.99?

In the App Store version, after Apple confirms that you are eligible for the two-week introductory trial. If you continue after it, Apple bills $3.99 each month through your Apple ID.

How do I cancel?

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ralphy, then Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends to avoid the next charge.

Does canceling delete my bank data?

No. Ending a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. To remove everything, open Ralphy Settings and choose Delete account. That purges your Ralphy data and revokes the linked banks at Plaid.

What do I need to use Ralphy?

An iPhone running iOS 17 or later and a supported US bank, card, or credit union available through Plaid. Ralphy is not available for Android, iPad, or banks outside the US.
